Boarding and Daycare
Q: Are you licensed and insured home boarders?
A: Yes we are 5 star rated licensed home boarders with Babergh District Council, licence number LN/000000947. We also have specialist home boarding insurance
Q: Will my dog sleep in the house?
A: Yes! all our guests sleep in designated rooms in our house. Each dog has their own room (unless they are from the same household and normally sleep together).
Q: Will my dog be left at all during the day?
A: No! we never leave guests at home alone, one of us is always here looking after them, playing with them and keeping them company!
Q: Will my dog be walked while they stay?
A: Yes! all our guests are walked daily, around the picturesque village of Nayland! our local river walks are amazing and loved by all our guests, and us!
Q: How many dogs to you have at once?
A: We have up to 5 dogs at a time, that is 4 guests plus our very own Louie!
Q: Do i need to bring my dogs food?
A: Yes, we ask that you bring the food that your dog normally eats, and we will then feed them at the times they are accustomed to, keeping their routine as normal as possible
Q: Do we come and visit to meet you before our dogs stays?
A: Yes, we always do a meet and greet. This is so you can see our home, meet us and we can meet your dog. We can also have a chat and answer any questions you have
Q: Do you do a trial night before our dog stays for over 4 days?
A: Yes, for any first stays of 3 nights or more, we do a trial night stay beforehand. This is to make sure your dog is happy staying with us, and we can get to know them. This is only a one off.
Q: Will i be updated on how my dog is doing when i am away?
A: Yes! We send regular updates and pictures of what your dog is up to whilst you are away, so you can see they are having fun!
Dog Training
Q: At what age can i start training with my dog?
A: You can start training with us once your dog has had its vaccinations and they are allowed to mix with other dogs

Q: What training methods do you use?
A: We only use positive reward based training methods
Q: Does my dog need to be happy around other dogs to train?
A: No, we offer 1 to 1 training as well as group lessons so you don't have to train with a group. We also offer socialisation classes to get your dog used to other dogs.
Q: What locations do you train from?
A: We use the Dogs Play Centre in Colchester, plus our secure paddock in Boxted
